Integration - I work with clients holistically, attending to all aspects of who
you are. This includes your thoughts, emotions, energy, physical body, and spiritual self. The process focuses on achieving
greater balance and inner alignment; ultimately, this can provide you with an increased ability to live your life
in a fuller, more satisfying way.
Aliveness - This work can provide increased
clarity about who you are, what you want, and how you are living in the world. Your unique, natural
process is respected and given the space to emerge, ‘take root’ and grow.
Mindfulness
- I incorporate Gestalt therapy and principles of Hakomi therapy into my work. Both of these approaches
focus on increasing conscious awareness of your present moment experience, active exploration of who you
are, how you interact with others, and how you live in the world. This increased mindfulness can help
you feel more alive, and creates greater opportunity for you to actively choose what you want in life rather than
simply "going through the motions".
Transformation - With greater awareness and
acceptance of who you are "in the here and now", you can begin the process of change, healing and transformation.
You can clarify how you want to live your life, and become more active in creating the life that you want.
Honoring Who
You Are - A cornerstone of my practice is honoring the unity of all beings while respecting your uniqueness
and diversity. This includes gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, age, spiritual or religious beliefs, marital
status, physical status, and every other factor that contributes to who you are.
